Here's why summer is quietly the best season to start a basement finishing project in Minnesota.
You've Seen the Basement at Its Worst
By late June, your basement has been through spring snowmelt and at least a few heavy thunderstorms. Whatever water problems your foundation has, they've announced themselves.
